Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling and troubleshooting day-to-day operations. 
• Identifying problems or known errors and doing RCAs.
• Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity;
• Assist the front-end engineers with JSP/JSTL, Javascript, and AJAX.
• Research, compare, experiment with, and integrate new services and frameworks.
• Partner with various departments for specifications, use cases, iterations, testing, training, and client feedback implementation.
• Develops innovation strategies, processes, and best practices.
• Write quality backend code primarily in Java, Spring, and Hibernate.

Required Experience/Skills

• 6 years of experience in Java and open-source technologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Strong experience in the areas of Java 8, J2EE, React JS, Vert. X, RDBMS, Spring Boot, Microservice architecture, and Agile experience.
• Experience working with code-building tools and on source repositories.
• Hands-on experience with development tools and testing frameworks.
• Knowledge in Agile methodology.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals.
